Our Waterdrop Direct Connect Under Sink Water Filter System is suitable for faucets with 1/2" or 3/8" FEMALE NPT threads. If you need a female threaded connector to match your faucet, please contact us before making your purchase.
When used with municipal water, each filter has a maximum service life of 36 months or 24,000 gallons. Before going on vacation, store the filters in separate sealed plastic bags and keep them in your refrigerator (not the freezer) to maintain freshness for 30 days.
The Waterdrop Direct Connect Under Sink Water Filter System is tested by IAPMO against NSF/ANSI 42 and reduces chlorine, taste, and odor. It also effectively reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as chloroform, benzene, chlorobenzene, chloropicrin, and styrene. Additionally, it removes sediment, rust, and other large particles, and meets NSF/ANSI 53 standards for lead reduction. It can also reduce PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS.
By upgrading the filtration area, our filter now has a 20X increase in dirt adhesion area, enhancing filtration capabilities and reducing the risk of clogging.
Crafted from premium BPA-free and lead-free materials, the system is certified by IAPMO against NSF/ANSI 372 Standard. To verify the 42 and 372 certifications, search "WD-17UA" on the IAPMO official website.
Connect the system only to a cold water supply. With innovative push-to-connect fittings, the entire installation process takes less than 3 minutes. A twist-and-lock design allows for quick filter replacement in just 3 seconds. The system includes a 3/8” hose that adapts to standard 3/8” feed water valves under US sinks, and a 3/8”–1/2” convertor fitting to connect to both 1/2” and 3/8” cold water lines and faucets.
The system provides a fast and stable water flow at 0.75 gpm at 60 psi. Developed for both household and commercial use, it can be installed in your kitchen, bathroom, RV, or office to meet your daily water needs. Please note that at least 21.5" of vertical under sink space is required to install this filter.
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) is not a precise method to measure water quality. Essential minerals such as calcium, potassium, sodium, and magnesium are dissolved solids; PPM will not drop significantly if you test with a TDS meter. The Waterdrop under sink water filtration system retains all beneficial minerals while removing harmful elements.
The activated carbon in our filters is made from natural coconut shells. Please confirm whether you are allergic to coconut shells before use.
